We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Delivery address
• Payment information when placing orders
• Account information when registering
• Your communications and feedback

Automatically collected information:

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Cookies and analytics data (see Cookie Policy)

Your information is used to:

• Process, deliver and track orders — your email and phone confirm the order, report delivery progress, and let you look up your own orders
• Send order confirmations and payment receipts
• Provide support and handle returns or complaints
• Pass your phone number to the courier so they can reach you on delivery
• Send promotional email and new-product announcements — only where you have separately opted in
• Improve the shopping experience
• Comply with Vietnamese law

We use your information for nothing beyond this list, and we do not sell data to third parties.

We process your personal data under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 2025 (in force from 1 January 2026) and its implementing Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.

Consent is collected separately for each purpose:

• Order processing, delivery, payment confirmation and customer care: necessary to perform the sales contract with you. You consent when you create an account or place an order.
• Promotional email and new-product announcements: a distinct purpose, carried out only if you tick the box yourself. Under Decree 91/2020/ND-CP on anti-spam we do not send advertising email to anyone who has not consented, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

Leaving the promotional box unticked does not affect your ability to create an account or place orders — you still receive every email relating to your own orders.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already carried out, and does not affect data we are required to retain by law (invoices and accounting records, for example).

We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection:

• Order information: 3 years from transaction completion
• Account information: until you request account deletion
• Analytics data: 26 months

After these periods, data will be deleted or anonymized.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment data is encrypted and not stored on our systems.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except:

• Shipping partners for delivery
• Payment providers for transaction processing
• Analytics services (Vercel Analytics)
• When required by law

Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Be informed about the collection and processing of your personal data
• Access and review your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw previously given consent
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Object to or request restriction of processing
• File complaints about data processing
