This website is owned and operated by Luxury Floral by Kiwi. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify changes on the website.
3. Products & Pricing
All products on the website are fresh flowers and floral accessories. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability. Listed prices include VAT (if applicable). Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. Orders are confirmed after payment is received.
Payment method:
- Bank transfer via Vietcombank (VietQR supported)
Transfer details:
- Bank: Vietcombank - Hai Phong Branch
- Account holder: Pham Thu Huyen
- Transfer note: Order code (displayed after placing order)
Payment deadline: 30 minutes from order placement. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the deadline.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver on time as committed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and actual conditions.
Shipping fees are paid by the customer according to the carrier. Specific shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Delivery area: Hai Phong and neighboring provinces. Inter-provincial delivery via shipping services.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we apply the following return policy:
- No returns accepted after successful delivery
- If products are damaged during shipping: contact us within 24 hours with photos
- If products don't match the order: contact us immediately for resolution
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method
7. Product Inspection
Customers have the right to inspect products upon delivery. If you find products are damaged or don't match your order, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions on the website will be resolved in the following order:
- Direct negotiation: Contact us via hotline 096 180 2468 or email phamthuhuyen20021992@gmail.com
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may request mediation through competent authorities
- Court: Disputes will be resolved at the competent People's Court under Vietnamese law
Complaint deadline: within 30 days from the transaction date.
9. Complaint Handling Process
- Customer submits complaint via email, phone, or website contact form
- We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Review and respond within 3 business days
- Implement agreed solution within 7 business days
For complex complaints, processing time may be extended but will not exceed 30 days.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including images, designs, logos, and text are the property of Luxury Floral by Kiwi. Copying or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Luxury Floral by Kiwi is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection Law, and related legal documents.
